The Good Mixer Recap: Connecting with Kelowna Property Managers
At Good Sorts Property Services, we’re all about creating meaningful partnerships with commercial property managers in Kelowna. That’s what The Good Mixer is all about—building better relationships to support better properties.
We’re big on connection. Not the forced kind—with name tags, lanyards, and cold canapés—but the real kind. The “grab a drink, pull up a chair, let’s talk shop (or not)” kind.
So, we brought a bunch of good people together for The Good Mixer—a no-pressure chance for the Good Sorts team to catch up with APM property managers over drinks, appies, and real conversation.
Chill Vibes Only
We hosted the event on Tuesday, April 29, from 12 to 2 PM at PNB (Pretty Not Bad)—which turned out to be the perfect name and the perfect spot. The space was warm, the drinks were flowing, and the food was anything but “just OK.”
No presentations. No pitches. Just a bunch of legends talking about everything from tenant turnover to who’s got the best Negroni in Kelowna. (Spoiler: it’s probably PNB.)
Some Familiar Faces (and a Few New Ones)
It was a treat to see some of our favourite Kelowna property managers and meet a few new faces, too. The conversations were relaxed but meaningful—we chatted about current challenges, shared a few laughs, and even floated some ideas about how we can better support the day-to-day work that property managers do behind the scenes.
This is why we do what we do—to make things easier, smoother, and dare we say… a little more enjoyable for our clients.
Listening, Learning, and Levelling Up
One of the best parts of the event? Connecting directly with commercial property professionals in Kelowna and getting a better understanding of the day-to-day challenges they’re navigating.
From tenant turnovers to time management, hearing it straight from the source helps us do what we do better, so we can show up with real solutions, not just surface-level fixes.
