Whether we’re supporting long-standing clients or jumping in on day-to-day operations, our leadership team believes in showing up, listening well, and doing the work.

Founder & CEO
Kristian de Pont
Kristian is the visionary behind Good Sorts and the kind of leader who believes in rolling up his sleeves (and sometimes grabbing a mop). With a background in building teams and businesses from the ground up, he created Good Sorts to raise the standard in commercial cleaning — and to give everyday people the tools to own something of their own.
You’ll find him bouncing between client visits, strategy chats, and big-picture planning sessions, always with a coffee in hand and a grin on his face.
Fun Fact: He’s obsessed with systems, strategy, and surprisingly decent dad jokes.

Franchise Relationships Manager
Allison Gechter
Allison is our go-to for all things ops and marketing. She leads behind-the-scenes strategy, streamlines systems, and keeps the team running like a well-oiled machine. Detail-oriented, quick-witted, and always one step ahead, she wears many hats (and somehow makes it look easy).
You’ll find her deep in campaign planning, whipping up workflows, or keeping the team in sync — all while sipping something iced and colour-coded.
Fun Fact: If she’s not writing the next campaign, she’s probably planning her next trip — spreadsheet and all.

Account executive
Jared Brown
Jared is the guy who makes sure our clients feel heard, supported, and totally sorted. He works closely with property managers and business owners to build lasting relationships and create custom cleaning plans that actually make sense, no cookie-cutter stuff here.
You’ll find him on-site chatting with clients, walking through properties, and making sure every detail is dialled in.
Fun Fact: Before joining Good Sorts, he spent years working in the event industry, so he knows how to keep things spotless and stress-free under pressure.

Operations coordinator
Alex Nagy
Alex is the maestro behind the scenes, making sure everything (and everyone) is where they need to be. From daily schedules to last-minute requests, she keeps our teams moving and our clients happy, all without breaking a sweat.
You’ll find her coordinating crew logistics, fielding client calls, and turning shifting priorities into smooth sailing. Calm under pressure and endlessly dependable, Alex brings order to the daily whirlwind.
Fun Fact: When she’s not managing operations IRL, she’s probably leading her squad to victory online.

Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator
Tammy Smith
Tammy is all about the details, the kind that turn good service into great service. She leads regular site audits, supports our teams with hands-on training, and makes sure every client’s feedback is heard, understood, and actioned.
You’ll often find her checking in on sites, offering encouragement, and quietly raising the bar behind the scenes. With a sharp eye and a calm, grounded presence, she helps Good Sorts deliver consistent, high-quality results day in and day out.
Fun Fact: Tammy is originally from Teslin, Yukon, and proudly brings her heritage, heart, and work ethic to everything she does.

Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator
Kimberly Bussey
Kim is the sort of person who notices the things others miss — and that’s exactly what makes her a legend on the QA team. From walking sites and reviewing feedback to coaching new team members, she’s all about creating confident cleaners and happy clients.
You’ll find her leading by example, connecting with new hires, and making everyone feel like part of the crew from day one. Quality work, quiet leadership, and a whole lot of heart? That’s Kim.
Fun Fact: A former nurse and proud grandma, Kim brings warmth, wisdom, and a welcoming spirit to every site she steps on.
